Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for all R1TV programmes is €650 per academic year (one grade). You can pay in full or in interest-free instalments. The number of payments depends on when you enrol.

How does the payment schedule change?

€650 is the annual fee, not a fee for 10 months from the date you sign the agreement. With 10 equal payments, each is €65. With fewer payments, the annual fee is divided into fewer instalments, so each payment is higher.

Example: enrolling in November

There are 7 months from November to May inclusive, so the €650 annual fee can be split into no more than 7 payments. This is not a 10-payment schedule extending beyond May. Exact amounts, including rounding adjustments, and payment dates are set out in the agreement.

The same annual fee for both programmes

• Grades 7–9: €650 per year.
• Grades 10–12: €650 per year in the mathematics, medicine or humanities track.

What the tuition fee includes

Assessments, learning materials, video lessons, MS Office software, Uzdevumi.lv PROF access, in-person and online consultations, national centralised exams and graduation.

The tuition fee may be reduced after recognition of previous studies and approval of an individual study plan.

Municipal co-funding

If the student's declared residence is in one of these municipalities, the municipality covers part of the tuition fee:

• Ādaži municipality – €37 per month; both the student and one parent must have their declared residence there.
• Mārupe municipality – €42 per month; the student must have their declared residence there (up to age 25).
• Ķekava municipality – €70 per month; the student (grades 7–9) or their legal representative must sign an agreement with the municipality.
• Ropaži municipality – €42; the student (grades 7–9) or their legal representative must sign an agreement with the municipality. Both the student and one parent must have their declared residence in Ropaži municipality.
• Ogre municipality – €42; the student (grades 7–9) must have their declared residence in Ogre municipality.

Registration fee

The registration fee is €30.
